TRULY PRICELESS CARE

You pour your heart into the work you do—and we see that.
Whether you're guiding toddlers through big emotions or making a baby giggle mid-diaper change, your care shapes homes in quiet, powerful ways. We're here to make sure you feel just as cared for in return. How We Work With Nannies is Built on respect. Rooted in real relationships. Always personal. We’re not just here to place you—we’re here to walk with you. Our process is slow, thoughtful, and rooted in finding the kind of family you feel comfortable and valued with.

How We Work With Nannies
Built on respect. Rooted in real relationships. Always personal.
We know the work you do is deeply human. It takes heart, presence, and the kind of care that goes far beyond a job description. That’s why our process is never about just placing you somewhere. It’s about getting to know you, and finding the kind of family where you feel respected, valued, and at home.

1. Discovery Chat

We want to know the real you.
Before anything else, we take the time to hear your story—your experience, your style, your values, your goals. What kind of family would you thrive with? What does support look like to you in this season? We want to know all of it. This isn’t about checking qualifications—it’s about connection.

2. Thoughtful Vetting & Matching

We only introduce you to families that feel like a good fit.
We get really intentional about who we work with—on both sides. Every family we support is looking for a genuine connection, and we’re careful about matching based on energy, communication styles, expectations, and values—not just logistics. You’re never one of many. You’re one of one.

3. Trial Period

You get to feel it out, too.
You deserve time and space to see how it feels. During a trial, you’ll get to experience the family’s routines, the home dynamic, the energy of the kids—and decide if it aligns with what you want. We’re here throughout the process to check in, answer questions, and make sure your voice is heard.

4. Ongoing Support

We’re in this with you.
Whether you're navigating feedback, adjusting boundaries, or celebrating a win, we’re here. We stay in touch because your well-being matters to us. Our goal is never just “get you placed.” It’s making sure you feel good in the role you’re in—and helping that relationship grow long-term.
Because the care you give deserves to be returned.
We see how much heart you bring to this work. We believe you deserve to feel supported, respected, and valued in return. That’s the kind of care we offer our nannies—because you’re not just helping raise a child, you’re shaping a home.

THE PROCESS
KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT
01
We get to know you
We start getting to know you by reviewing your application, and resume.
03
Match you with jobs
Then we start matching you with families that suite your needs, and that we think would be a great dynamic!
02
Interview
In our interview we will ask you about your previous nanny experiences, what you are looking for in a new family, as well as go over your desired schedule.
04
Meet the families!
Finally we set up a time and date for you to meet the parents and kids! We call this a trial for you to spend an hour or so getting to know them and gauging if it's the perfect fit.
Discovery Chat
We start with a conversation. No pressure. No judgment. Just time to hear your story—what you’re looking for, what you love about this work, what kind of environment brings out your best.
Thoughtful Matching
We only introduce you to families who feel like a good fit. We care just as much about your needs and preferences as we do theirs. It's never about filling a role—it's about real alignment.

Trial Period
You get to see how it feels in real life—no pretending, no perfection required. We check in with you regularly and give you space to reflect. Your comfort matters.
Continued Support
We don’t disappear after placement. We stay in touch, we advocate for you, and we’re always here if something shifts. Because you deserve to feel supported long after the job begins.
What Makes Us Different
You're not just a name in a database. You're someone we care about. We build relationships, not rosters. We take the time to get to know you—what you’re great at, what lights you up, what kind of families feel right. We support you every step of the way. From your first chat with us to your third month in a new role, we’re still here. We only work with respectful, like-minded families. If they don’t treat you well, they’re not a fit for us. We believe in fair pay and healthy boundaries. We’ll always advocate for your time, your worth, and your well-being.
We’re probably a good fit for each other if you...
-Love building strong, heart-centered relationships with kids and parents

-Take pride in creating calm, supportive environments
-Want to work with families who truly value what you bring to the home
💛 What Sets Our Nannies Apart
We don't just look at qualifications—we look for character, connection, and care.
Every nanny we represent has been chosen with intention. Yes, they meet high standards on paper—but more importantly, they carry the heart, presence, and intuition that children thrive with. Here’s what we require, and why it matters:

Excellent References
We personally speak to past families to understand how each nanny shows up in real life—not just their duties, but their energy, warmth, and reliability.

Minimum 3 Years of Childcare Experience
We look for caregivers who know how to move with the natural rhythms of children, calmly navigate challenges, and bring genuine confidence to each day.

High School Diploma or Higher
We value nannies who are not only experienced but thoughtful and communicative—education supports that.

Clean Criminal Record
Your family's safety is sacred. Every candidate undergoes a thorough national background check before placement.

Clean Driving Record
If driving is required, we ensure your nanny has a safe, responsible driving history—because peace of mind starts on the road.
CPR Certified (or Willing to Certify)
We require current CPR certification before a nanny begins work. If they don’t already have it, we help them get certified—no exceptions.

Legally Authorized to Work in the U.S.
All of our candidates meet the legal employment requirements necessary to work in the United States.

Fluent in English
Strong communication is the foundation of a great nanny-family relationship. Our nannies are fluent in English to ensure safety, understanding, and ease.

Travel-Ready (When Needed)
For families who travel, we look for nannies who are open to adventure—with a valid passport or the willingness to get one.

But Above All...
We look for heart.
For presence.
For the kind of care you can feel when someone walks through the door.
We don’t just check boxes—we look for the humans who bring ease, joy, and trust into a home.
What It’s Like to Work With Us
We don’t just match resumes—we build relationships. That starts with you. When you work with Truly Priceless, you're not on your own. We walk alongside you, help you find families that truly align with who you are, and stay connected long after placement.
