We believe in providing littles with the greatest foundation to become kind, smart, loving kids, teenagers and eventually adults. To us that means treating them with the utmost respect and understanding. While they are young and new to the world they understand way more than you’d think and pick up on everything we do! We value taking the time to explain tasks, and plans for the day so they know what to expect and can feel safe because of it. We value being honest with them and getting on their level when they are having a hard time. We believe having a balance of catering to your littles needs while also teaching boundaries is very important. Showing them why we create the rules we do, whether it's for safety, or pleasant manners, kids thrive on understanding why they can and cannot do things.

Meet Serenna
Babies and kids have always been my world. Growing up with a mother who was a midwife, I learned early on the sacredness of motherhood and the beauty of birth. My passion for nurturing little ones has always been evident—in every party and social gathering, I’d find myself holding someone’s baby, or entertaining a gaggle of toddlers and I loved every moment. While I pursued a degree in business law, I nannied throughout school, discovering some of life’s most profound lessons through raising children. Kids deeply remember how they are treated, and it becomes part of their story. I want every child I encounter and every child our agency serves to carry positive memories of their time with us and our part in their story.
Today, I’m dedicated to using that unique blend of professional knowledge and heartfelt experience to support families and enrich young lives.

ABOUT SAVANNAH
I’ve been told my entire life that I “was born to mother.“ As a child, I nurtured my baby dolls like they were real. As they “grew up”, I loved teaching them. I ran my childhood bedroom like a school. In college, I worked at the SEEDS program at UCLA and helped to care for 15 babies under the age of two. I surprised myself when I realized I didn’t even mind changing diapers. I loved being there for those babies. As an adult, I have been a nanny, I am a mom, and I naturally gravitate toward people who, like me, love to guide and care for young ones. The role of caregiver is one of the most important jobs in the world. It is my calling to match those “born to nurture” with families who need their help.
